Lovely pan
For those new to cast iron cooking; I did an additional two seasoning sessions (one in the oven and one on stove stop) prior to my first cook…and burnt the pi$$ out of the pan (which was burgers). Fortunately I had a fine chainmail scrubber which removed the gunk and I then re-seasoned the pan. Use the pan for things which need steady or constant movement for a while before you try anything which ‘sits’ as it cooks. With that, the pan is still a pleasure and fun to use. Recommended.
Also, for those not sure on size; this 10” is perfect for about a pound of ground beef/turkey/whatever and some veggies and extras mixed in but no more than that. Great for one person.
