Best Griddle Ever!!

I have been wanting a cast iron griddle for years and couldn't decide on a brand. Once I saw this one, I knew this was the one. It performs as good as it looks. Since it was delivered, it has stayed on my range along with my 7.25 quart Dutch Oven. Its a work of art!

Incredibly Non-stick!

This Smithey Griddle is Awsome! The surface is nice and smooth. It is non-stick so much so, eggs move easily so you can flip beautifully.
