Does this flat top fit on the No. 10 Chef skillet or 5.5 Dutch oven?
Yes, the No. 10 Flat Top is a custom fit on both our 5.5 QT Dutch oven and No. 10 Chef Skillet. However, with our Chef skillet in particular when using the Flat top as a lid there is a small amount of room to cook due to the curved shape of that particular skillet.
What size sleeve fits the No. 10 Flat Top Griddle?
Our extended length leather skillet sleeve is custom fit for your No. 10 Flat Top.
Can I use the No. 10 Flat Top in my pizza oven?
Absolutely, one of the benefits of cooking with cast iron is that it is at home in high heat environments.

What a difference!
I recently purchased the number 10 flat top griddle and I am super impressed with its quality! The seasoning that came on it is perfect. I had been using a similar pan of another brand and the difference is amazing, this pan is so high-Quality and well seasoned.

Wonderful addition to my 60 year cast iron collection
Absolutely love it. I had given the 12" twice as gifts and received rave reviews. So I finally broke down and bought one for myself. I am using it much more than I expected to although I still haven't grilled a steak on it.
I keep it displayed on a picture stand because it is so good-looking and so it doesn't get banged up. When not on the stand, it usually rests on a stove burner. In either case, it entices me to cook something on it. I love experimenting with it. And everything I cook on it seems to taste better. In addition, it is a breeze to clean and DEFINITELY a high-quality addition to my kitchen. Thank you for such a treasure.
