Yes, the No. 10 Flat Top is a custom fit on both our 5.5 QT Dutch oven and No. 10 Chef Skillet. However, with our Chef skillet in particular when using the Flat top as a lid there is a small amount of room to cook due to the curved shape of that particular skillet.

We are so happy to have purchased an engraved flat top griddle for a family member. Charleston has quite the history with us after a family member's military service in the area and spending time visiting the area often. I haven't used this one yet as I have to wait for Christmas. But I have the 12" griddle and I use it every time I'm making eggs, sausage, bacon or pancakes. I've also used it to make a few steaks. I swear by this griddle as well as all the Smithey products I've gotten over the years. They're the best pans. Better than other cast iron I've had, or any stainless steel.
