NO CHEMICAL COATINGS

Unlike many non-stick pans, every piece of Smithey cast iron is completely free of PFOA, PFAS, and PTFE. Instead, we pre-season our cookware with pure grapeseed oil, building a naturally nonstick surface that only gets better with use.

My first forever pan

Truly a piece that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Zero complaints. Love the heavier construction for higher total heat capacity. Best sear on steaks I have achieved with anything less than a professional broiler!
