Smithey

Bought the flat top grill to use as a lid to my 12 inch skillet. I'm disappointed because when you lift the lid..it drips water. First time using it the water dripped on my hand and it was very hot.

Working perfectly

I have only used my griddle a handful of times. I have cooked bacon and I made some pancakes. After a few uses of cooking bacon on it I finally decided to try out pancakes and it did wonderfully. I look forward to adding to my collection. I have told my family if they want to surprise me they can buy me a new piece of cast iron.
