This custom-cast No. 11 skillet was created to celebrate 250 years of America and to bring people together around cooking, gathering, and tradition. Made in the USA and free of any chemical coatings, this skillet honors our commitment to craftsmanship and to making heirlooms that are meant to be used for generations.

The No. 11 Skillet features all the elements you love in our traditional skillets, including a polished interior, pour spouts, a heat ring, and our signature three-hole helper handle. At the center, a limited-edition casting including an in-flight American Bald Eagle to mark this milestone year. This design will only be available through the end of this year or while limited supplies last.

Best cast iron skillet yet!

I recently purchased the limited edition #11 cast iron skillet and it is amazing! I have prepared cornbread, chicken and several other dishes including fried eggs with no sticking at all. This is my go to and can’t wait to add more to my collection.

Best Ever!

I have been so impressed with this skillet. I love it that it's celebrating the country I love and that this company makes their products in the USA. I've been glad that I inherited cast iron skillets, but this one is the Rolls Royce of cast iron skillets! It's putting the others to shame!

First Smithy pan

The anniversary pan is a classic, almost looks too good to use. We use it and it's heat quickly and is easy to clean.
