We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Do you have a lid that fits the wok?

Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for our wok.

The Wok that does not stop working

I wanted to surprise my wife with this Wok as a "regalo" (gift). However, the tables have turned, and I am now in awe of what she has created—more creativity and extraordinary dishes. She loves this Wok more than her husband... LOL... and I can't get close to it or touch it. It is used every single day. It brings out the best flavors, both familiar and new. Thank you for such a great piece of art.

No an every day use

Eventually after so many uses it become a well season for an every day use. For the first timers or even for regulars but suing brand new pans… this ar not an every use pan ready. To much money for so much work to do for eventually get it well season.

Amazing

Got this as a gift for my mom who was very skeptical when she first saw it- (also thought it was too pretty to actually use) I seasoned it for her and she hasn’t used a different pan since- she got rid of all her teflon pans that I’ve been begging her to do for years now. So happy with the product- will be getting a wok of my own when my bank account recovers

Beautiful workmanship!! so happy with my purchase~~

I own a few round woks from China...yes great! fortunate to have stove ring to accomodate!

but this flat is my favorite...

so beautifully made ..a pleasure to look aad admire workmanship!

and so light as to flip veggies etc!!

a great investment!

that I will "leave to my kids! " lol
