Deep Farmhouse Skillet

Cooking is all about time, temperature, quality ingredients, and the right spices. This pan heats quickly and evenly. It can simmer at low temperature or sear at high temperature, and no bits of plastic to come off in your food. Nice.

What about cleanup, you ask? The pan deglazes in a jiffy. No need for metal-on-metal scratching. Rust? Lubricate with healthy oil before cooking, and smear a bit of grapeseed oil on it after every use. No problem.

this is a beautiful pan, but don't let that fool you it's a great two for cooking all kinds of meals whether it's a steak, sautéed fish or cooking veggies it can do it all!!

Spectacular !

Amazing skillet that has exceeded my expectation. The first carbon steel pan I've purchased and don't regret paying a little more money for a fantastic skillet. Have since purchased the little farm house skillet and I'm having the same cooking experience.

I have several pieces of all-clad stainless, but will slowly replace them with other Smithy cookware.

I really enjoy using this skillet it’s super nice and rustic. The more I cook with it the better it gets it’s heavy and really like the handle it’s pricey but I have no regrets and will be buying another.
