FAQ’s:
Wok

We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Do you have a lid that fits the wok?

Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for our wok.

Does the handle of your wok get hot?

With any piece of carbon steel cookware heat will eventually make its way to the handle. However, more often than not if making a quick stir-fry or searing a piece of protein the handle will not get hot.

Does your leather sleeve fit the wok?

We think that the handle of our wok is too handsome to cover up with a sleeve, so we do not have a custom fit sleeve for this piece. We recommend using our full-grain leather or suede potholder however.

It is beautiful. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. However, it doesn't perform any differently than a $40 carbon steel wok. The handle is gorgeous, but not necessarily super functional, it's difficult to get a good toss compared to a straight handle. It's really really expensive for what it is.

However, I love pretty handmade things.

This is more like investing in a piece of functional art than it is like purchasing typical cookware.

Changes our go to!

Gorgeous and artisan. Solid and handles well, easy clean up and most of all- safe materials. We love this company's dedication to providing a safe option in cookware. Reducing the chemicals our organic foods are exposed to and reducing the toxins our family ingests is important to us.

Love it made some stir fry with mushrooms onions peppers, Then removed veggies and added beef bulgogi. Came great, glad I purchased it. Thank you for making it.

Fantastic Wok

It's incredibly well made and a pleasure to cook on. My only issue with it is that the handle is heavy, and on my gas stove, it tips very easily.
