What's the best way to clean the No. 12 Grill Pan?

Feel free to use a touch of soap when cleaning your grill pan! Make sure to scrub in between the grill lines if anything gets stuck in there.

How much space is in between each grill line?

There is 1/2" between each diagonal grill line.

Can I use the Grill pan in my oven or outdoors?

Yes, your grill pan is at home in your pizza oven or better yet the campfire.

Excellent pan.

It’s a durable grilling pan that sears lines on your food. Heavy and thick. It’s not for small stoves. It fits over the largest burner and the handles hang over a bit. This can be a problem as the handles also get hot and threaten to melt the plastic knobs they overhang. The pan can endure extreme heat without damage. It’s easy to care for, oil, and clean.

I love it!! Plan on keeping it forever

The gaps in the grill are big enough to easily clean the grooves. The iron doesn’t easily rust. Super easy to clean and cooks awesome!! Get a staub press and ooooweee you got a panini press and helps grill chicken. I also ordered the Dutch oven the largest one I can’t wait to bake my own bread. I started with lodge but now I can tell the difference in forging and finishing. The polish parts really help with non-stick effect with the help of proper seasoning. You won’t regret !! I use mine every week to cook for the dogs lol
