Not Only Beautiful
I was almost afraid to use the beautiful 12 inch round griddle. I did try it for pancakes this past weekend. It was superior to anything I have previously had. The griddle was preseasoned and nary a one stuck. That I love my new Smithey is an understatement. I am hoping for my next purchase to be the griddle that covers 2 burners. Btw - this works well on induction range. I hope the double griddle will be as much of a success, since there is no connection between front and back burner.
