I’ve owned the pan for almost two weeks. So far everything is going well and I’ve cooked on the pan almost daily. The pan has not yet built seasoning but is mostly non-stick. The handle could be more ergonomic. My 12” Victoria pan that I bought for $20 has a better handle, but the pan is not as smooth as the Smithey. The pan is high quality but might not be worth the cost over a Lodge or Victoria. It seems to be a bit difficult to build up a substantial seasoning on the pan so far, but I’ve only cooked on it ~10 times
