Perfect.

This skillet is incredible. At first I was surprised by the weight, but I have embraced it and love it as I can move my food around the skillet while it cooks without holding it, since the weight keeps it firmly on the stove without support. Its nonstick quality after properly seasoning it is awesome, and was exactly what I was looking for to not worry about any kind of non-natural coating scraping off over time and going into my food.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship

I must admit - I get a deep sense of pride having and cooking with my no. 11 deep skillet and glass lid, as well as my no. 14 skillet. I’ve used both for numerous summer meals and cannot say enough about how they cook. I plan add more skillets to my kitchen soon.

Perfect

I have several cast iron pans, but this is the very first time I've ever not had to preseason one and absolutely nothing stuck to it on its first run.

I can't wait to buy more. This is the absolute best cast iron!
