I always knew cast iron cookware was supreme. My grandmother used her mother’s pan and now my mother still uses it. I was swayed over the years by appearances and wasted money buying high end cookware that was supposed to non stick (this inlcudes hexclad). The Smithey 14” dual handle is all I want and is truly non stick, plus the look is smooth and professional. The pot will never die and can always be re-seasoned if something gets burned. Worth it 100!

Absolutely beautiful with every penny

I don’t want to brag but my Smithy’s make me a better cook than I thought possible. I am using a blend of cooking oils (coconut, butter, olive oil) and my chickens (whole with skin on) duck breast, pork loin, Delmonico and tenderloin) have turned out the best we’ve ever had. Stay tuned for more details including recipes. My only “complaint “ is that it should cost less to purchase your seasoning oil….actually it’s the cost of shipping that bothers me. I love the stuff but I’m starting to cheap out on conditioning my pans.

I purchased this piece for Mothers Day and my wife has really enjoyed cooking with it. It’s a beautiful piece of craftsmanship The engraving was very nice as well!
