Does this flat top fit on the No. 10 Chef skillet or 5.5 Dutch oven?

Yes, the No. 10 Flat Top is a custom fit on both our 5.5 QT Dutch oven and No. 10 Chef Skillet. However, with our Chef skillet in particular when using the Flat top as a lid there is a small amount of room to cook due to the curved shape of that particular skillet.

What size sleeve fits the No. 10 Flat Top Griddle?

Our extended length leather skillet sleeve is custom fit for your No. 10 Flat Top.

Can I use the No. 10 Flat Top in my pizza oven?

Absolutely, one of the benefits of cooking with cast iron is that it is at home in high heat environments.

The best griddle for pancakes.

I haven't used this one yet as I have to wait for Christmas. But I have the 12" griddle and I use it every time I'm making eggs, sausage, bacon or pancakes. I've also used it to make a few steaks. I swear by this griddle as well as all the Smithey products I've gotten over the years. They're the best pans. Better than other cast iron I've had, or any stainless steel.

Very nice!

I thought my Lodge griddle was pretty good, but it doesn't compare to the Smithey for being non-stick. Eggs slide around so easily that I sometimes need to tilt the griddle up to get them to slide onto the spatula. Pancakes are almost as easy.

I put some cheese on my eggs one time and it appeared to remove the seasoning coating where it melted off the eggs onto the pan surface, as there were bare metal-colored spots where the cheese had been. However, the pan worked just as well the next time I used it, and the metal-colored spots have disappeared.

Overall, very pleased.
