Why the Paella Pan?

Designed with our largest cooking surface for feeding and entertaining a crowd, the paella pan is a stunning statement piece for both cooking and presentation. An evolution of our beloved party pan, the paella pan is still forged by our blacksmith team in Charleston, SC but features a smoother interior look that’s a bit easier on our blacksmiths’ arms and that we find visually stunning as a complement to our carbon steel line. At home cooking paella over open flames or simply warming appetizers in the oven before taking center stage on a festive table, the paella pan will make you stand out as a host with the most!

Paella Pan

We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Do you have a lid that fits the Paella Pan?

Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for our Paella Pan.

Does carbon steel warp?

When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your Paella Pan to temperature in the oven first to ensure even heat distribution.

Can I cook outdoors with the Paella Pan?

Absolutely! The Paella Pan is made to gather around with friends and family outdoors over your grill, pizza oven, or best yet the campfire.

Gorgeous Paella Pan

I bought this paella pan for my wife as a birthday gift. She absolutely loves it! Big enough to cook for a crowd and has many uses other than paella.

Finally a gift he loves!

It took 19 years but I think I finally nailed an anniversary gift for my griller/foodie husband. I had the bottom engraved as a surprise and he loved it! We have an induction cooktop and thought the pan cooked pretty evenly.

First use

I gave it 4 out of 5 because now i need a new gas burner, i need something that will heat up the whole pan more evenly. The pan did its job now i need to learn and improve my paella process and technique. It is not a pretty pan anymore, it has a burn mark in the center now after I cleaned and seasoned it on my cook top .

Sexy Pan!

I have multiple pieces of Smithey and I enjoy so much I bought the party pan. It is so large I keep in on my stove. My daughter saw it said "Mom, this is a SEXY Pan, I want one!" I am getting one for all 4 of my kids!
