I finally got to use my No. 12 Dual Handle Skillet yesterday. I prepared a beef stroganoff and it was superb! The skillet is wonderful in its design and performance. Cooking on a natural gas stove, I was able to cook at a lower flame tan with a standard skillet. I really do like the dual handles as they should make it easier to place and withdraw from the oven. Cleanup was a breeze using Dawn dish detergent, warm water and towel dry. I then placed the skillet in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to remove any residual moisture. I would like to see Smithey produce the No. 10 skillet with dual handles!
