We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.
Do you have a lid that fits the Paella Pan?
Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for our Paella Pan.
Does carbon steel warp?
When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your Paella Pan to temperature in the oven first to ensure even heat distribution.
Can I cook outdoors with the Paella Pan?
Absolutely! The Paella Pan is made to gather around with friends and family outdoors over your grill, pizza oven, or best yet the campfire.

Huge, Beautiful Pan
This is a beautiful, well crafted pan. It's hard to find a large pan for big recipes and this one does it. You can use it in so many different ways, stovetop, grill, oven. Plus it' very impressive, the hand forged looked, the handles and the color all look very quality and expensive. I'm very pleased and will buy more Smithey.

It took 19 years but I think I finally nailed an anniversary gift for my griller/foodie husband. I had the bottom engraved as a surprise and he loved it! We have an induction cooktop and thought the pan cooked pretty evenly.
