FAQ’s:
Round Roaster

We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Do you have a lid that fits the round roaster?

Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for Round Roaster.

Does carbon steel warp?

When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your roaster to temperature to ensure even heat distribution.

Can I use the round roaster on my stovetop and oven?

The Round Roaster is at home on your stovetop just as readily as it is in your oven. Take it outside and use it on the grill or better yet the campfire as well!

Excellent!

I bought it mostly for roasting a spatch-cocked chicken on my smoker. I works amazingly well, and cleans up with just a little dish soap and water. BTW - I have fried chicken and eggs in it, nothing sticks.

In the process of switching away from my nice stainless to more of this product.

Very impressed with all the items I have bought from this company.

Round Roaster to be proud of

I recently received my carbon steel roaster, and I'm thrilled. My food browns or caramelizes beautifully. I have not had any food stick to my roaster. Finally, this pan cleans up easily.
