We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Do you have a lid that fits the round roaster?

Yes! The Carbon Steel Lid is designed to fit perfectly on the Round Roaster.

Does carbon steel warp?

When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your roaster to temperature to ensure even heat distribution.

Can I use the round roaster on my stovetop and oven?

The Round Roaster is at home on your stovetop just as readily as it is in your oven. Take it outside and use it on the grill or better yet the campfire as well!

Round roaster

I have a Yoder YS640 and have been looking for a pan that will hold up and fit my grill the way I want it to. So far I have cooked a whole chicken and rosemary pork chops in it and they have turned out fantastic! The seasoning on the pan that came from the factory came off but the more you use the pan it will reseason don’t let that discourage you from buying the pan it is light and a perfect pan in my eyes!

Amazing... Perfect... Easy

I was so excited for this round roaster..... it fits perfect for a whole chicken, oven temp 350 °, and it's perfect, with super easy clean up.

Great size

Great size and profile to this roaster.

I like the shallow sides.

Beautiful handles.

It gets ripping hot.

Whatever the pre-seasoning material is sort of needs to be cooked off and scraped off if I'm not mistaken but after a few cooks it feels like something i have had for years.

Really looking forward to building a relationship with this pan.
