Does this flat top fit on the No. 10 Chef skillet or 5.5 Dutch oven?
Yes, the No. 10 Flat Top is a custom fit on both our 5.5 QT Dutch oven and No. 10 Chef Skillet. However, with our Chef skillet in particular when using the Flat top as a lid there is a small amount of room to cook due to the curved shape of that particular skillet.
What size sleeve fits the No. 10 Flat Top Griddle?
Our extended length leather skillet sleeve is custom fit for your No. 10 Flat Top.
Can I use the No. 10 Flat Top in my pizza oven?

Used every day for breakfast
My grandson loves pancakes and french toast for breakfast and this has been my favorite griddle easy to use and clean up.
Plus it looks good just sitting on the stove as decorations.

Replacement for another brand
My house burned down, and I decided to spend a little more on replacements than I did on the original acquisitions. The additional many for this product truly proved the upgrade, and one that I won’t regret. Clearly, a luxury as my popular mainstream brand served me well, but the workmanship and the surface finish of this griddle is superior. More generally, why would anyone buy nonstick pans? With no special seasoning by me, this griddle is as slippery as any nonstick. Preheat it, and eggs slide off without leaving evidence they had sizzled on the iron.
