We use 2-3 coats of pure grape seed oil to pre-season your Smithey with. Seasoning is applied by hand and there are no chemical coatings of any kind applied to your skillet.

Easy to clean too
The number 12 skillet is a perfect size and depth for thicker cut steaks and meats. Highly recommend it, especially, if you’re cooking for family.
The pan is beautiful! We bought it to commentate the remodel of our lake cabin. I plan to purchase more in the near future.
