The polished, curved interior walls are perfect for browning and stirring ground meat and vegetables. Want to steam, simmer, or braise? Add some liquid and put on the custom-fit glass lid. Like all Smithey skillets, the interior features our signature polished finish, which, when seasoned, is naturally non-stick and easy to clean. Use it well!

Such a beautiful piece. I love everything about it.

Watching America’s Test Kitchen review cast iron was eye opening to me for this line. Watching other videos compare Smithey to other cast iron brands, made me a believer. And watching the evening news segment of “Made in America” brands… made me place the order. This is such a great product, and a great company! I am very happy with this little piece of art.
