Nice skillet
The skillet holds the heat even and I don't have any problem with anything sticking, of course you have to know how to cook, example, don't place cold food in it and make sure the heat is on for a few minutes beforehand. Some things will stick regardless and after use I put about an inch of water in it and bring to a boil and use a brush to clean it and wipe it dry, then place it back on the stove, add heat for a few minutes then add oil and that's it. I like the shape with the rounded bottom. It's a bit pricey but worth the money.
