We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Does this flat top fit on the No. 10 Chef skillet or 5.5 Dutch oven?

Yes, the No. 10 Flat Top is a custom fit on both our 5.5 QT Dutch oven and No. 10 Chef Skillet. However, with our Chef skillet in particular when using the Flat top as a lid there is a small amount of room to cook due to the curved shape of that particular skillet.

What size sleeve fits the No. 10 Flat Top Griddle?

Our extended length leather skillet sleeve is custom fit for your No. 10 Flat Top.

Can I use the No. 10 Flat Top in my pizza oven?

Absolutely, one of the benefits of cooking with cast iron is that it is at home in high heat environments.

A great holiday gift

We are so happy to have purchased an engraved flat top griddle for a family member. Charleston has quite the history with us after a family member's military service in the area and spending time visiting the area often. The quality of the griddle is fantastic and will be used for many years to come. I get the feeling it won't be our only purchase. Happy New Year to all!

Buyer beware

Thought it would keep the color after one cook looks terrible. Could of bought a normal cast iron for a quarter of the price.
