Versatile and handy griddle

This griddle works on the range and over a wood or charcoal fire. Fish, steaks and hamburgers all come off the grill well.

The main reason I bought this excellent well made unit was to use as a cover for my 12” Smithey skillet. I am looking forward to braising meats with this combination.

Smooth cooking surface, attention to detail in design and manufacture makes this a beautiful addition to any kitchen.

Better than advertised, a rare gem

If you have trepidations on this or any other SMITHEY Ironware, take those ideas and throw them away now. Run don't walk to set up your kitchen with SMITHEY this is what all other cast and Ironware companies claim to have and only SMITHEY has lived up to the hype... absolutely the gold standard of cookware.
