Unlike many non-stick pans, every piece of Smithey cast iron is completely free of PFOA, PFAS, and PTFE. Instead, we pre-season our cookware with pure grapeseed oil, building a naturally nonstick surface that only gets better with use.

Favorite pan!

Was a gift for my husband. He loved his lodge pan and was always wanting to go to estate sales to find cast iron. Since he got his Smithey, he hasn’t even thought about getting anything else. He uses it daily and absolutely loves it!

The new big baby

This is my birthday present. She cleans up beautifully and is well on her way to a wonderful seasoning! I need a bit more for grilled cheese sandwiches but her little 10 inch sister does the job quite nicely. Have done fried chicken, steaks, pork chops and bacon and eggs with no problems. I highly recommend this investment!
