Why this tool?
Like a cast iron skillet, we believe great leather only gets better with time. When it comes to crafting our leather sleeves, we wanted to honor that principle by sourcing high-quality, full-grain leather right here in the USA. We've refined our design with an added thumb grip for better leverage and control, and reinforced it with solid brass rivets to keep everything intact for years (and meals) to come.
The standard size fits over the handle of the No. 6, No. 10, No. 12, and No. 14 Traditional shaped skillets, as well as the No. 11 Anniversary Skillet.
The extended size fits over the handle of the 1 Qt. Saucepan, No. 8 & No. 10 Chef Skillets, both No. 10 and No. 12 Flat Tops, and the No. 11 Deep Skillet.

Do the sleeves fit your carbon steel cookware?
No, our sleeves are not sized to fit our carbon steel cookware.
Can I use your sleeve on other brands of cookware?
While we can't guarantee fit on other brands of cookware, our standard length leather sleeve fits most other traditional cast iron skillet brands.
Can I place the sleeve in the oven?
We do not recommend placing your leather sleeve in the oven. As leather is a natural material, it can burn.
