Absolutely love the number 12 griddle, I believe it is a 10.5 inch cooking surface which provides plenty of real estate for cooking large meals or prep cooking for the week, works incredible, retains heat and is one of the most nonstick cast-iron pieces of cookware I've used to date, food comes out incredible and I still haven't had anything stick, when using this griddle or picking it up you can just feel the quality and the design is incredibly pleasing aesthetically, one of my most used pieces of cookware in my kitchen, highly recommended !

Impressed!
So surprised by this griddle that I ended up buying the 11” deep skillet and testing out the carbon steel skillet. As someone that cooks a range of food from stuffed parathas and rotis to eggs and pancakes I put this pan through all of it in the past 3 weeks. It’s worked beautifully through all of it! Heats beautifully, retains heat really well, easy to clean and best of all no weird forever chemicals :)
