The flat top wobble

When it gets hot it wobbles. I sent tje 1st one back and got a replacement and the replacement wobbles also. Just not as bad. I love my skillet and dutch oven the griddle not so much.

Smithy smash

Loved it smashed burgers on the charcoal grill wiped off then on to the electric range for one eyed jacks and smokey links the next day for breakfast. After charcoal smoking some salmon, my wife didn't like the way it looked so I whipped out my Smithey- 2 minutes on both sides crisped it up and gave it a great texture and added to the flavor. Also nuked some Brussel sprouts to start and finished them off on the smithy- best we ever made. recommended.
