Smithy smash
Loved it smashed burgers on the charcoal grill wiped off then on to the electric range for one eyed jacks and smokey links the next day for breakfast. After charcoal smoking some salmon, my wife didn't like the way it looked so I whipped out my Smithey- 2 minutes on both sides crisped it up and gave it a great texture and added to the flavor. Also nuked some Brussel sprouts to start and finished them off on the smithy- best we ever made. recommended.
