Smithy smash

Loved it smashed burgers on the charcoal grill wiped off then on to the electric range for one eyed jacks and smokey links the next day for breakfast. After charcoal smoking some salmon, my wife didn't like the way it looked so I whipped out my Smithey- 2 minutes on both sides crisped it up and gave it a great texture and added to the flavor. Also nuked some Brussel sprouts to start and finished them off on the smithy- best we ever made. recommended.

My wife became a hero

My wife loves to cook pancakes for the boys and when we were looking to get rid of non stick it took a little convincing to move to cast. Her pancakes now come out fluffy with that little bit of edge crunch and the boys love it. Pan cleans up well and looks so darn good. We haven’t used it as a lid yet but the handle will make it easy to do so.

I can't use this griddle enough

Don't let the low sides put you off. We've used it so far for beef steak, blackening peppers, cauliflower steak and eggs. It's easy to clean and handle.

First time Smithey User

Love at first sight. Far better (can't compare) than our old 30 yr flat iron teflon coated griddle. Ran across the Smithey when looking for a replacement. This was the last one I looked at and, looked no further. All previous reviews were discarded. A happy cooker I am.
