I bought the #12 griddle and skillet combo. I’ve been so happy with my purchase that I ended up buying a 12” glass lid and a 8” chef’s skillet!

Quality of products and employees matter

We have not used it yet but looking forward to using it. First one came with imperfections (2-3 little cavities and rat tails all over). Being so expensive, we expect a product to be of high quality and flawless. So, we sent it back and received a replacement fast! Gil is a great customer representative manager. I hope the company know how valuable he is to them.
