Bonus Purchase

This was recommended at checkout and I got it! I am thrilled with the addition and have made real homemade tortillas and flatbreads so far. I seasoned this first with thick-cut bacon at 200° in the oven for a couple of hours. I haven't used it as the lid for my 12-inch pan due to the "writing" on the base. But I love it as just a Griddle. Pancakes are on the horizon!
