Seasoning came off immediately
The pan seems good quality but the seasoning all came off ok the second cook while cooking a chicken breast. I have another smithy this didn’t happen to, I guess it’ll be ok if the seasoning is restored but it doesn’t seem this is normal. Smithy said it is though so expect your seasoning to all come off right away.
