We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.
Does the design on the bottom of this skillet change the way it sits on a stovetop?
No, this skillet includes our signature heat ring which is raised higher than the design on the base – like our other traditional skillets
Can this skillet be engraved?
Unfortunately we are not able to to engrave this skillet due to the raised design on the bottom.
How will Smithey be supporting Yellowstone Forever in this collaboration?
Smithey Ironware has pledged to donate a minimum of $25,000 to Yellowstone Forever in 2024 to support the Native Fish Program's initiative to restore cutthroat trout in Yellowstone National Park.

Great Pan
This quickly became my favorite pan. Glad I grabbed it before this run was gone. Plus it it fits in with my lodge wildlife series cast iron pans. Win/Win. Will be be buying more smithy in the future.

Primo Iron
I've been cooking on iron for over 30 years and have a solid array of skillets and griddles. When I saw the Smithey iron, immediately I noticed the polished cooking surface and it struck me how much sense this made. Ordered the Yellowstone Skillet and have used it probably 4 times already. It's extraordinary, and easy to clean. Bravo! My children will inherit these timeless artifacts.
