Cast Iron lid, very superficial review, but passing it on
I initially thought that the gold color of the lid was cool because it matched the way the cast iron skillet looked. But as I used the skillet, the lid's gold color became "dated". It think a polished chrome / silver is a bit more timeless. The cast iron when seasoned becomes black. I don't usually comment about color for that is quite superficial since the lid works in practice just fine. But, I wanted to pass this on.
