Product great. Customer Service not so much...

I very much am enjoying the skillet. It works as advertised, performs well and looks great. That said I am still approximately two weeks and counting awaiting a reply to my email to customer service.

Dynamic Duo!

I recently trashed all of my "non-stick" pans in an effort to start cooking old school. There is a small learning curve, very small, but the results are so worth it! The trick? Preheat your pan on a low setting and use a tablespoon of butter. That's it! I've been making perfect eggs, a staple post workout meal. Can't ask for more. Thanks Smithey!
