Available in two sizes, the standard-fit slides perfectly over the handle of our Traditional Cast Iron Skillets while the extended fit is designed to give more protection to the handles on our Chef Skillets and the No. 11 Deep Skillet. Like cast iron, these sleeves get better with time and use.
No, our sleeves are not sized to fit our carbon steel cookware.
While we can't guarantee fit on other brands of cookware, our standard length leather sleeve fits most other traditional cast iron skillet brands.
We do not recommend placing your leather sleeve in the oven. As leather is a natural material, it can burn.
They are fantastic, the handle covers are of a very thick quality leather with a nice detailed brand of their logo. which, just goes so great with the pans I have. Everything I have from this company whether it was a gift or I bought myself has been outstandingly beautiful and high quality. I use these pans every day.
It looks good on the pan and stays cool. I got the short one but the longer one may have been better. Four stars instead of five because the seam edge feels a bit harsh on the hand.
