Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for our Little Farmhouse skillet.

I wanted to cook in & love this skillet. But, I exchanged for another Smithey skillet as I need skillets to have a way to hang. The $200 price played into decision also as its value didn’t seem to align with other Smithey. Although, I understand the labor costs even for small pan. I’m sure it’ll be fun to use like all the Farmhouse. I do hope to re-order again at another time when I can accommodate for my kitchen storage areas with upcoming remodel. Or, I’ll get hole punched into handle (eeks).
Beautiful skillet that will be a family heirloom.
Perfect when cooking for one or two people. Not quite the showstopper as the Deep Farmhouse with the fancy handles, but it performs just as well for the little things. Another treasure for my kitchen!
My first carbon pan and certainly won't be the last. Was cooking perfect fried eggs day one. Will be replacing all of my hexclad with Smithey Carbon.
