Very Good Value
Griddle had small blemish in seasoning on edge. Works great for grilled cheeses and pancakes. Heats quicker than more massive skillets. I feel we got an excellent deal for a barrel second quality product.

Excellent performance - beautiful at the same time!
We use this for breakfast 7 days a week to make a breakfast quesadilla--I used to put my other flat top away when people came over - this one is so nice I usually don't now!

My favorite cast iron work horse
This is by far my favorite cast iron piece from Smithy. I make pancakes, crepes, French toast, eggs, grilled veggies , and sandwiches 🥪. Everything comes out perfectly cooked . I’m
Giving 4 stars bc of their ambiguous restoration policy . You can send back your cast iron for restorations but California is one of the few states they restrict …? If I had known this prior to purchase , I likely would not have purchased the griddle from them. I love their products but this will be the last time I buy something from Smithy until their policy changes. Smithy Ironware … don’t deny California residents services just because we have extra tariffs or unusual laws . It’s not our fault . As a business it’s part of the cost of doing business .
