Looked pretty hard for defects… but found none. Lovely pan!
My dad was a foundryman who created amazing, amazing castings and other types of specialized metal products. He would have been amazed at the workmanship and rigorous quality control that these beautiful skillets demonstrate. I am looking forward to enjoying these timeless heirlooms!

Falling in Love
I am absolutely smitten with performance, pleased with clean up (assisted by the chain scrubber)and proud to have this on my range even when it's not in use. This is delivering the experience I always wanted to have with cast iron but could never achieve with my Lodge. Impressive performance thus far and it's seasoning up perfectly. Well pleased with my Smithey so far and look forward to a lasting relationship.
