SHIPPING INFO

The Smithey fulfillment team endeavors to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  We strive to ship all orders within on business day of being placed.  Cookware orders placed with standard shipping are shipped primarily via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground services.  Smaller accessory orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. 

Orders shipping to HI, AK, and US territories may be shipped via USPS instead of FedEx or UPS.  International orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx Express and are delivery duty + tax paid. 

REMINDER: Engraved orders are subject to additional processing time.  This rarely exceeds 2-3 additional business days from order to shipping.

Our daily standard shipping cutoff time is 2:00 EST.  Express orders placed prior to 3:00 EST will ship same day.  

EXPRESS SHIPPING: We offer express shipping options for rush delivery.  Express shipping rates are dependent on your order and your shipping address.  Please note that FedEx Express does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.  If you were to place an order on Friday with overnight shipping, it would not be delivered until the following Monday.  If you order an engraved skillet with express shipping, your order will jump the engraving queue and will ship within our standard order cutoff time.
