Frequently asked questions

Corporate pricing starts at 20% off retail at 20 pieces and increases with order volume. Your quote will include pricing for your order.

Corporate gifting begins at 20 pieces of cookware. Accessories can be added to any order, but they do not count toward the 20.

Yes. Cast iron and carbon steel both count toward the 20, in any mix. Accessories can be added on top of that.

Yes. We can ship gifts individually for an additional cost per address. We will send you a form to collect the shipping details.

Yes. We can print a short note on Smithey card stock or include cards you provide. Final wording is due two weeks before your ship date.

A vector file is ideal. A high resolution PNG or JPEG works too. We review it and send a rendering to approve.

We will confirm timing with your quote. Engraved orders typically require about four weeks after artwork approval.
