Like all Smithey skillets, the interior features our signature polished finish, which, when seasoned, is naturally non-stick and easy to clean. Use it well!

Great Skillet

Very versatile and my go-to skillet. Recently cooked steaks with butter, garlic, and rosemary. My wife claimed it was better than cooking on a Big Green Egg. Love it. ❤️

Its only been a couple of weeks!

Got to say I LOVE it! We have had other cast iron pans and never really stuck with using them due to the weight for my wife. We tossed all the other non stick crap and this Skillet and one other resides on the cook top. Forever home for us. My next will be one of the sauce pans. Got to get all the non stick out of our lives.
