had some problem with foods really sticking, kept seasoning, lowered hit by 75%, was successful!
the foods sticking to the skillet really upset me, i was just about to call Smithey, when my brother in law told me to to put hit on really low, let skillet get hot on it;s own, add the oil i plan to use. continue to cook on low. I have no more sticking. I keep it seasoned after every use. I am very pleased with it.

Good even heat, seasoned good, nonstick, wil be the bedrock for steaks, chops, and other fried/seared meats.
