FAQ’s:
Round Roaster

We stand behind the quality of our cast iron and carbon steel cookware. If your cookware is defective, we’ll replace it. If your cookware fails you after honest and normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Do you have a lid that fits the round roaster?

Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for Round Roaster.

Does carbon steel warp?

When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your roaster to temperature to ensure even heat distribution.

Can I use the round roaster on my stovetop and oven?

The Round Roaster is at home on your stovetop just as readily as it is in your oven. Take it outside and use it on the grill or better yet the campfire as well!

Great size

Great size and profile to this roaster.

I like the shallow sides.

Beautiful handles.

It gets ripping hot.

Whatever the pre-seasoning material is sort of needs to be cooked off and scraped off if I'm not mistaken but after a few cooks it feels like something i have had for years.

Really looking forward to building a relationship with this pan.
