Took this nicely made little Farmhouse Skillet right out of the box, washed it, and gave it a spin, cooking up a sweet omelette!! Such a nice feel and heft ! Excellent workpersonship!!
I absolutely love this skillet. I mostly cook eggs in it. The more I use it the better it gets. I've almost got it where the eggs do not stick at all, I will be ordering the bigger skillet next!
I was under the impression this would be a good egg pan, can’t make over easy eggs they stick
