This little skillet is my go to skillet whenever I’m going to cook for just one or two people and I need something that won’t stick and can tolerate high heat. I absolutely love it. You won’t regret it if you buy one.
This has met my expectations. Just what I was looking for. I cook almost exclusively on the grill, so the steel handle was a must. I have cooked diced potatoes and carrots, chicken breast and salmon. All turned out great. Looking forward to a lifetime of use!

We have been doing the "buy a new skillet" routine every 6 months or so and decided to get a quality skillet from Smithey. Why did we not do this sooner??? I freaking love this skilket.
