So glad I was able to land a Smithey 12" round polished cast iron griddle on your "Seconds Sale." Much more surface area than my old 10" round griddle. I've already done eggplant parmesan rounds on mine. NO STICKING !!! Thank you Smithey. P.S. I would like to see you produce a domed lid for this 12" griddle. . . . Just a thought. Cheers, John J.
Our first Smithey purchase. Bought as a second to make grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes etc. on our Weber gas grill. We could not be more pleased! Made sourdough and Tallegio grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato and basil. Wow! they were a lovely golden brown and cooked perfectly! Easy cleanup. We are very happy with our purchase. Looking forward to continued use and owning more pieces.
