Due to the hand-forged nature of our carbon steel cookware and with each piece being slightly unique, we do not have a custom fitting lid for Round Roaster.
When properly heated on your stovetop carbon steel does not warp. On smaller stoves, we recommend gradually bringing your roaster to temperature to ensure even heat distribution.
The Round Roaster is at home on your stovetop just as readily as it is in your oven. Take it outside and use it on the grill or better yet the campfire as well!

Nothing like carbon steel! Always looks beautiful.
I bought it mostly for roasting a spatch-cocked chicken on my smoker. I works amazingly well, and cleans up with just a little dish soap and water. BTW - I have fried chicken and eggs in it, nothing sticks.
In the process of switching away from my nice stainless to more of this product.
