No. 14 Skillet
The large space allows me to cook just about anything. My gas stove has small burners so the center is hotter than the rest of the skillet. This is an advantage where I can have a hot spot for cooking and move the food to cooler spots if needed. I did this with scrambled eggs. I was able to get the perfect consistency I wanted just by moving the eggs to the best spot. This was the third time I have cooked on it and none of the eggs stuck to the skillet. That was a real surprise to me. It reminds me of having my own version of a grill top like the hamburger joints have but it does not take up the whole stove. I plan to use it for cooking most everything regardless of the size of the meal since I have more control over temperature.
