I purchase the 12 for myself about 9 months ago. I regretted not engraving my name on it but they allow you to send back and they will engrave it later. I use it almost daily. My wife then bought me the 10 chef skillet for smaller quicker meals like eggs and bacon in the morning. I couldn’t be happier with my 2 pans and strongly strongly recommend this to anyone who cooks regularly.

I bought my first Smithey piece of cast-iron and absolutely LOVE IT!

There was some miscommunication regarding my engraving request, but Smithey CSR set up a pre-paid shipping label and I sent the pan back. It was engraved in just a couple of days and then sent back to me. No freight charges to me and with a quick turnaround.

So, not only do I now know that Smithey has a great product, but they have top-notch customer service as well. I'm already surfing their website for my next purchase!
